Exchange, Return & Refund Policy


1.   Once the order is confirmed, Our will not accept any return or request of return, refund and revise order.

2.   Our provides the high quality service and the best products for you. All the products are strictly inspected before shipment.

3.   If you have any problems with the products' quality, please contact us by eeeystore@gmail.com with the order number, product code, a photo of the defective part of the product/faulty product (either one) and quantity within 7 days from the date of receipt. The products must be returned to us for investigation upon receiving our approval. It will be exchanged ONLY on faulty products or products send in error. We will followup as soon as possible.

For all local orders: Please send the returned products to our designated store.

For all overseas orders: We will contact customer for the shipment arrangement of returned products. EEEY is not responsible for any overseas shipping costs incurred and any loss during the shipment.

Any request of exchange,return or refund after 7 days from the date of receipt will be declined.


4.   After receiving the returned goods, we will conduct the investigation.

For all local orders: For all Hong Kong orders, we will contact customer via email to collect the exchanged products at our designated store.

For all overseas orders: We will contact customer for the shipment arrangement of returned products. EEEY is not responsible for any overseas shipping costs incurred and any loss during the shipment.

5.   All exchange requests are limited to regular-priced items and do not apply to all promotions or special offers.

6.   Please keep the products and packaging in good condition and has all its labels on it.

7.   Any used, damaged, washed,modified, tailor made products, gifts, and pillows and quilt cannot be returned or refunded.

8.   Only onetime exchange or return service per order will be offered. Any replacement items are limited to the same model, color and size.


9. If you do not meet the conditions for replacement, we will not accept the exchange request and will notify you via email to collect the products at our designated store.


10. Photos are for reference only. Product color may vary due to photographic lighting sources or your monitor settings. Pattern placement on the final product may slightly vary due to random cut of the fabric. The actual product shall govern.

      11. In some special circumstances,the returned products or the ordered products may be out of stock.

             In this case, we will contact customer and replace  another products of the same price by mutual consent.

             If not, we will refund the full payment according to the purchase method when order.


12. We will use its reasonable endeavours to ensure, but cannot guarantee, that the prices stated in the Online Store are accurate.

     We reserves the right to correct any errors. If it is found that the price of any Product ordered by the Customer is incorrect, we will notify the Customer as soon as possible.

           In such case, the Customer can choose to:

  1. i. reconfirm the Order;ii. cancel the Order; oriii. if the Customer cannot be contacted, we will treat this as a cancelled Order and arrange refund. We will not charge the Customer the Restocking Fee for the above situations.

13. In case of any disputes, EEEY reserves the right of final decision.

14. EEEY  reserves the right to change the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
